I experienced and recovered from severe burnout, I got there by a combination of personal life circumstances and work pressure.
At first, I thought I was just tired. Then I started struggling with focus, memory, and tasks that used to feel easy. Instead of slowing down, I pushed harder. I worked while sick. I ignored the signs because I didn`t really know what was happening to me. Mental exhaustion turned into brain fog and this into anxiety. Anxiety became panic attacks. Until I reached a point where I could no longer function at work. (It happened fast).
Recovery took months and forced me to change how I related to work, life, spirituallity, stress, and myself.
Today, I help people recognize burnout before it reaches that point, and support recovery in a way that addresses all the factors involved, not just work.
